Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions. Please contact us if you are unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Container Plants
  • Perennials
  • Arborvitae

These items are excluded from our return policy to ensure their quality and viability upon delivery.

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Green Haven Shop.
